In 2020, Estancia celebrated 25 years from its opening.

Carved into the base of Pinnacle Peak,  the desert surrounds 640 acres of the north slope for its residents, including an 18-hole Tom Fazio designed golf course.

As a private club, the resident amenities include fine and casual dining, a fitness center, swimming pool, tennis, basketball and pickleball activities.
