Whisper Rock offers over 200 custom home sites in an 800-acre, guard-gated community, with an average homesite size of 2 acres.

The Whisper Rock Golf Club has two golf courses to choose from. The first, The Lower Course, was designed by Phil Mickelson and Gary Stephenson. The second, The Upper Course, was designed by Tom Fazio.

Membership is by sponsorship or invitation only. Property ownership in Whisper Rock is not required, nor does it create any rights to membership.

The Whisper Rock community boasts a 2,500 square foot community facility that has a fitness center, lap pool, spa, outdoor living room, catering kitchen for functions, basketball court, turf area and 2 tennis courts.
